WHAT IS A FIGHT NIGHT?
In July 2007, Roundabout Ministries, in association with several denominations and key youth movements, launched a series of “guys-only” ‘Fight Nights’ events throughout Melbourne and regional Victoria. Fight Nights 07 were an incredible mix of music, blokey interactive/fun stuff, some brutally honest testimonies and a powerful move of the Spirit of God as youth and young adult guys started getting serious about dealing with porn, pursuing purity and going all out after a more passionate friendship with God.
In 2008-09 we rolled out Fight Nights in capital cities and regional centres throughout Australia.

Whispers are also afoot that creator of ‘The Fight’, Adrian Rowse, is soon to be seen criss-crossing the nation in his trusty and very very dusty, Toyato Corolla, giving a challenging message to older blokes about porn, purity, sex and God over an awesome cooked breaky.
If you’d like your youth/young adults ministry or your church’s adult men to attend/host a ‘Fight Night’ or ‘Fight Breakie’, hassle, bribe or blackmail the decision makers in your church to shoot an email to us so we can include you in the planning.
NOTE to LEADERS: Fight Nights are the ideal way to launch ‘The Fight’ in your church. We suggesting that several youth or young adult ministries in a city/region participate in the event and then commit to running ‘The Fight’ as a discipleship program in small groups for several weeks following the event. Creator of ‘The Fight’ resource, Adrian Rowse is available to speak at family-focused church services, youth services, camps, conferences, etc on a range of topics related to sex and sexuality, (Adrian recently spoke to a hundred 70+ women about porn and they sure were attentive!). Adrian has been communicating to people of all ages, shapes and sizes for a decade and is known for his humorous, honest and gently compelling approach. Adrian also runs a creative, (some would say alternative) worship experience suitable for people of all ages, which has absolutely nothing to do with sex whatsoever, (though it may lead to greater levels of intimacy and connection with the Creator of the Universe).
